about us
Establishing connections between Georgian professionals abroad
(Europe+Americas)
Tchadari is a networking community for people who originate from Georgia and love this country. We build a platform for people to interact, exchange their ideas and develop professionally.

why
The number of professional Georgians who pursue a career in a foreign country is rising. Many talented individuals push the boundaries of what can be done through their hard work, passion, energy, and desire to develop.
Since we have a similar mindset and share similar values, wouldn’t it be great to know each other and share best practices for success abroad and overcoming difficulties that we face in our careers and everyday life.
That is why we have launched the first online networking event series for Georgian professionals in Europe and Americas. We organize these events on a volunteering basis because we believe that bright and talented Georgians should know each other.

Mentorship
Each of us has a different path to our current place in life. No matter what point in the journey you are in, there is someone who has already a bit ahead, and you can benefit from knowing the stories of the others both in private and career lives.
Development
Our participants already stand out from the crowd by successfully moving to a European country as a highly-skilled expats. But that is not a limit, we want to grow and develop further, and this event helps us grow intellectually, emotionally and personally.
Knowledge
Be ready to share your story and listen to others. The more rounded and knowledgeable you are, the more success awaits you in the future. Our community members have proven this principle throughout multiple years at the best multinational companies.
The main principle
Our idea is to conduct a networking event based on a single principle of mutual respect.
We want to build connections based on the commonalities. Indeed, there may be some differences between participants as we are all unique, but mutual respect and understanding will help overcome those.
Participants have experience at some of the best multinational organizations
